We’re not a multimillion-pound race team — we’re just a group of ordinary men and women with an extraordinary goal. Through hard work, determination, and a bit of luck, we’re committed to overcoming the challenges ahead and getting both the Veteran and the Pacesetter back on the water.

We’re certainly not master boat builders — far from it — but we’re not afraid to ask questions, learn new skills, and put in the graft. Along the way, we’ve met some brilliant people who’ve generously shared their time, knowledge, and support.

There’s still a long list of jobs to tackle and equipment to source before the rebuild is complete, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who’s helped so far — and to those who will join us in the future.

But the journey is only just beginning.

We’re working hard to restore two incredible vessels — the Veteran and the Pacesetter — and we’re nearly there. Thanks to some fantastic donations, we’ve made great progress, but there’s still a way to go.
